Programme management is about:
- Linking several projects under one strategy
- Managing interdependencies and shared resources
- Aligning delivery with long-term objectives
- Realising benefits, not just finishing jobs
It’s higher-level, longer-term — and it requires different skills, especially around stakeholder engagement, change management and governance.
